Overview

As a Catering Specialist, you will be the key driver behind each event’s success. From logistics to production, menu planning to client communication, you’ll handle everything needed to bring catering events to life.

Your mission

• ???? Manage client inquiries and prepare tailored catering offers

• ???? Plan and coordinate logistics (deliveries, rentals, staffing)

• ????‍???? Work closely with kitchen/production to ensure menu accuracy and readiness

Your profile

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Fluent in English / German
