• Join one of our new cross-functional teams that builds smart Shift Planning solutions for the healthcare sector.
• Use modern technologies to architect, develop, and test a product that impacts the life of thousands of medical professionals.
• Work with our product organisation to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments.
• Help shaping the codebase and technical design of our next-gen product.
• Closely collaborate with fellow engineers to refine our architecture, drive technical topics, and share knowledge across the tech organisation.
• Learn and teach about new approaches from fellow developers and experts.

Deine Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit

• You are enthusiastic about React and React Native development and have at least three years hands-on experience with either of them.
• You want to develop with TypeScript and have a proven track record.
• You continuously evaluate new approaches and push for a robust, maintainable, and consistent user experience.
• You have some hands-on experience with databases, ideally relational.
• You love developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code.
• You want to learn and grow on the job and are actively acting on feedback.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and want to build software in a team.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience with more of our tech stack: Java, Spring/Boot, Kafka, MySQL, AWS.
• Relevant experience with our cloud provider AWS.
• Relevant experience with tools that we use (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
• Experience with maintaining apps on Play Store/App Store.
• German skills.
