We are seeking a highly qualified Equine Surgeon (m/f/d) to join our professional and dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures
• Carry out orthopedic appointments
• Diagnose and treat equine patients, developing tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with our veterinary team of specialists to ensure the highest standards of care
• Participate in emergency on-call services as needed
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns
• Engage in continuing education and stay updated on the latest advancements in equine surgery

Your qualification:

• Board certification in equine surgery (ECVS/ACVS) or equivalent qualification
• Completed residency program in equine/ large animal surgery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A compassionate approach to patient care and client communication
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
