Your mission

The Student Worker in the Automotive Sales Team is responsible for supporting the team in operational and analytical tasks related to customer management, quotation processes, and market intelligence.

Success in this role means executing tasks accurately and contributing to improve sales efficiency through data analysis, reporting and process support.

Sales Operations Support
  • Assist the sales team with daily operational activities and administrative sales processes
  • Support the preparation, tracking and documentation of customer opportunities and project leads
  • Maintain and update customer data in internal sales tools

Quotation & Pricing Support
  • Support the preparation of customer quotations and RfQ responses
  • Perform quotation calculations based on pricing guidelines and cost inputs
  • Consolidate technical and commercial input required for proposals towards customers
  • Track quotation status and support follow-ups with internal stakeholders

Market Intelligence & Data Analysis
  • Conduct market research and analyze automotive industry trends, competitors and customer developments
  • Collect and evaluate market intelligence data from internal databases and external sources
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to support strategic sales decisions
  • Monitor key customer programs, vehicle launches and technology trends

Process & Reporting
  • Support the standardization and optimization of sales processes and documentation
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, KPI tracking and management presentations
  • Maintain internal documentation related to sales procedures and customer projects
  • Contribute to data quality improvements within internal reporting systems



Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and sales operations
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel / data analysis skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
