IT Operations & Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

Your Mission

• Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and troubleshooting

• Manage device provisioning for new hires and offboarding processes

• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security policies

• Maintain IT asset management (Snipe-IT) as the source of truth for hardware inventory

• Manage hardware procurement and lifecycle planning

• Support identity and access management for internal systems

• Maintain documentation and runbooks for IT processes

Compliance & Security

• Support ISO 27001 endpoint controls and documentation

• Ensure encryption, OS compliance, and patch management across devices

• Conduct periodic access reviews

• Support audit preparation and evidence collection

Business Operations Support

• Prepare inputs for bookkeeping and financial documentation

• Assist management with investor reporting preparation

• Help streamline internal workflows and automate operational processes

• Support administrative coordination across teams

Goal of the Role

• Maintain secure and compliant endpoint infrastructure

• Establish structured IT operational processes

• Reduce operational workload on the DevOps team

• Improve efficiency and automation in internal business administration processes

Your profile

Your Profile

• Experience in IT Operations / Internal IT / Corporate IT

• Hands-on experience with device management or MDM platforms

• Experience with asset management systems (e.g., Snipe-IT)

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

• Ability to improve processes and automate manual workflows

• Comfortable working across both technical operations and business administration
