Your mission

• You are responsible for the technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Italy.
• You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers and ensure high-quality execution.
• You are able to handle small repair works yourself.

Your profile

• A true Craftsman: You have a background in a trade (Electrician, Plumber, or similar) or are a highly skilled all-rounder.
• Tools over tables: You prefer a toolbox over a laptop.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate and hands-on craftsmanship skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• You hold a valid Class B car driver’s license.
