We are looking for you to start for our Delivery Center in Zagreb!

Your mission

Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge is as follows:

• Design, implement, and operate data pipelines in Palantir Foundry to integrate and transform data from various source systems (e.g., APIs, operational systems, external data sources)
• Model and maintain data structures and ontologies to represent business processes and relationships
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability through appropriate validation, monitoring, and logging mechanisms
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and transformation logic (e.g., using Code Repositories, Pipelines, SQL/PySpark)
• Integrate new data sources and continuously enhance existing data models within the data platform
• Analyze and optimize the performance of data pipelines and ensure efficient processing of large-scale datasets
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced analytics and AI use cases
• Document data flows, data models, and technical implementations
• Provide user support regarding data availability, data usage, and interpretation of provided datasets
• Support operations, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and continuous improvement of data processes

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:

• Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering)
• Ideally, initial experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role
• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark
• Solid experience with Palantir Foundry, specifically Workshop and Contour
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Regular meetings are conducted in English. Croatian language are required
• Willingness to travel for client engagements

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AWS environments
• Practical knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Experience building scalable and efficient data pipelines
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
