We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You'll own our performance marketing channels, primarily Google Ads and Bing Ads, while building automation workflows that free us up to focus on strategy and creative. You'll be a well-rounded marketer who can wear multiple hats: managing paid campaigns, building marketing automations with AI tools, analysing performance data, and handling other marketing tasks as they arise.
Your tasks
Manage and optimise our Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns, driving performance through A/B testing, bid management, and continuous campaign refinement
Build automated marketing workflows and integrations using tools like n8n, Claude Code, and Zapier to streamline lead management, nurturing, and reporting
Set up and interpret analytics dashboards using GA4 and HubSpot, tracking key metrics and converting data into actionable insights to guide strategy
Maintain our CRM hygiene and segment audiences in HubSpot to ensure campaigns are targeted and personalised
Create or manage landing pages, ad copy, email sequences, and other marketing assets as needed
Contribute to broader marketing initiatives like campaign planning, budget forecasting, and channel experimentation
Stay current with platform updates (Google Ads, Bing, HubSpot, GA4) and emerging automation opportunities to keep our tech stack efficient
Who we’re looking for
4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with demonstrable success managing paid advertising campaigns
Strong proficiency with Google Ads and analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
Genuine familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Claude Code, or equivalent) and comfort working with AI tools
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Analytical mindset, you can extract insights from data and use them to make decisions
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a small team environment
Nice-to-haves: Bing Ads experience, familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma, LinkedIn Ads experience
