DEIN IMPACT

• Own and scale our entire SEA setup across Google & Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GDN – performance & branding)
• Strategically drive growth across core and new markets (DACH, UK, US, etc.)
• Lead all stages from campaign structure to execution and creative testing
• Collaborate with creatives, data and brand teams to build a performance engine that drives both revenue and awareness
• Implement tailored international approaches to accelerate our global expansion
• Define budget allocations, manage performance KPIs, and report learnings clearly to leadership

• 4+ years hands-on SEA experience, ideally in fashion or DTC environments

• Strong expertise across the full Google & Microsoft stack (Search, Shopping, YouTube, GDN, PMax)

• Experience in scaling across multiple markets

• Confident with bid strategies, audience setups, testing frameworks, and creative strategy

• You communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive on ownership

• Experience with GA4, MMM, Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus

• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
