Elevatic is a Marketplace Vendor in the Atlassian ecosystem. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Working Student in Sales Development to support our team in identifying new opportunities within enterprise organisations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role where you will gain real-world experience in B2B SaaS sales while completing your studies. You will learn how large organisations make buying decisions, work with an existing customer portfolio, and help map the right stakeholders.
Working closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, you will support target account research, stakeholder mapping, personalised outreach, and opportunity creation for our commercial team.
This role is ideal if you are curious about SaaS sales, customer success, or revenue operations and want to build practical skills alongside your degree. The position is initially limited to 6 months, with the option to extend or transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
What You Will Do
Research target accounts and identify potential opportunities for Elevatic's solutions
Support the team in building account maps and identifying key stakeholders
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools to find decision-makers and influencers
Help develop personalised outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to learn about customer challenges and market trends
Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM systems
Support pipeline generation activities and contribute to new business opportunities
Experiment with outreach approaches and share learnings with the team
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
Strong research and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities alongside your studies
Curious mindset and eagerness to learn about sales and technical concepts
Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems)
Strong attention to detail
Nice To Have
First experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing roles (e.g., internships, part-time jobs)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
Experience with Atlassian products
Interest in or exposure to SaaS/B2B business models
Experience working with enterprise customers
