Inhouse AI Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks

As our Inhouse AI Consultant, you will be the bridge between business and IT, helping our teams to identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that create real business value. You will guide the responsible use of AI across the company while ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.

Your Tasks

• Scout and evaluate AI models, platforms, and emerging technologies
• Manage and govern AI tools, agents, and integrations
• Advise departments on AI opportunities and support use case implementation
• Act as the trusted translator between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Serve as a sparring partner for AI experts across the organization
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enable AI-ready data access
• Define guardrails, governance, and best practices for AI adoption
• Work with IT Security and Legal to ensure compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, and other regulations
• Drive AI enablement and training together with HR and Corporate Development

Your profile

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, opportunities, limitations, and risks
• IT background and profound technical expertise
• Ability to translate complex technology into practical business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A pragmatic mindset balancing innovation, compliance, and business value

This position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and is remunerated with an annual gross salary between €55.000 and 65.000, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
