YOUR PROFILE
Education
- Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar
- Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments
- Initial leadership experience (hands-on)
- Strong understanding of inspection processes
- Experience with measurement tools
- Structured and practical mindset
- Ability to lead in an operational environment
