Aerospace Data Security GmbH (ASDS) is an innovative technology company of the Airbus Group. For more than 25 years, we have been developing highly secure communication and cryptography solutions for customers in aerospace, defence, and other security-critical sectors.
Around 80 employees from different nations and disciplines work together at our three locations in Stuhr near Bremen. Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.
YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring smooth and reliable IT support for our employees
- Receiving, classifying, analyzing, assessing, prioritizing and processing incoming service requests
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, including structured documentation of incidents
- Organizing the setup and delivery of clients and IT workstations
- Maintaining and documenting our hardware and software systems
- Maintaining and continuously optimizing our IT systems and infrastructure
- Actively participating in IT projects and supporting the implementation and further development of new systems and processes
- Collaborating with internal departments and external IT service providers
- Supporting the further development and standardization of our IT service processes

YOUR PROFILE
You are a motivated IT professional with:
- Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in IT support or a similar position
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures, particularly networks, Active Directory, end devices and peripherals
- Experience in analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
- A structured approach to analyzing, prioritizing and escalating more complex service requests
- An independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Enjoyment of working with colleagues and supporting IT projects
- Good command of German and, ideally, good English skills
