Your mission

• Support daily team organization, task allocation, workload distribution, and employee training.
• Support the coordination of RMA, product inspection, and quality control activities to ensure timely and efficient processing.
• Follow up on team performance, operational progress, quality standards, and compliance with established processes.
• Identify and communicate operational exceptions and recurring quality issues, and support their resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support the resolution of cross-functional RMA, product, and quality-related issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to team members, facilitate communication, and support continuous process improvements.
• Prepare and provide regular updates on operational progress and key issues, and support the department manager in escalating critical issues, risks, and resource requirements.
